Our solution/contribution

  • Analyse “as is” front-to-back processes and data flows and define “to be” situation
  • Define functional design (data model, sourcing, accounting interpreter, data warehouse and reporting)
  • Implement new processes, organization and systems
  • Phase out old systems
  • Provide expertise regarding IFRS/BE GAAP accounting and reporting issues and propose strategic options for decision by management
