Our solution/contribution
Before launch: project management core banking
- Responsible for delivering functional requirements of products and functionality in time
- Products: current account, savings account, credit facility, debit cards, credit cards, loan, term deposit and bank guarantee
- Functionality: account opening, payments, Know Your Customer, Digipasses, nostro reconciliation, BKR registration, derived identification, VIS/EVA check, Customer Due Dilligence policy, SMS alerts, Basle II data storage, treasury, funding, credit manual, reporting (operations, finance, management, risk and taxes)
- Planning and follow-
up to ensure various 3th parties deliver in time and with required quality (outsourcing of activities) - Follow-
up of developers, testers and end- users for proper implementation
After launch: overall programme management, test management and business analysis in specific areas
- Planning and management of all new developments (systems and processes)
- Products: term deposit with flexible maturity, loan options
- Functionality: iDEAL issuing, SEPA CT in/out, SEPA Direct Debit, integration with
accounting packages (Reeleezee, Asperion, Exact), Scanning, central client view,
preparations for online real-
time balance authorisation of payments, various developments aimed at operational excellence - Business Analysis, Test Consulting and Test Management in view of launch and regarding subsequent releases after launch
Integration: management of integration activities, test management and development of small applications

up of subsequent activities of integration with various stakeholders - Definition and implementation of processes and procedures for integration
- Planning and organization for phasing out (staff, systems, interfaces, SLA’s)
- Development of applications for automated generation of letters, sending of mails and status reporting
